The buying process was very smooth and easy. Venessa is a very good communicator, and she always makes sure that we are updated on every step of the process. The selling process was very challenging - the area was impacted by 2 hurricanes, and this caused a lot of delays to our closing. Our family evacuated during Milton, and we did not get to come home for days. Venessa was around and she drove to the property the day after the storm to check and make sure that it's good. She even drove to our house to check on it for us as well. Venessa always goes above and beyond & and she is very good at what she does!
